I offer a range of professional genealogy services, from tracing your ancestors and making family trees to genetic genealogy and interpreting DNA test results. At the end of the project, you will receive a detailed PDF report containing all my findings and analysis.
The payment you make for the genealogical services is for my expertise and the time I spend on the searches. Despite my professionalism and the high quality of the services I provide, in general I do not guarantee a specific outcome of genealogical research. The results of the project can be unpredictable due to factors beyond my control, such as the availability of records, the time periods of the search and the accuracy of the information provided.
I am also unable to give any guarantees for the work conducted with third-party services, such as archives or DNA predictors. I am not responsible for the quality of their services or the accuracy of any information. Before using third-party services, I strongly recommend that you read their Terms and Conditions. You rely on third-party services and products at your own risk. If you encounter any problems with such services, you should approach the third party for a resolution.
You agree that you are solely responsible for all actions you take while using my website and services. You agree that you cannot use the website for purposes contrary to these Terms and Conditions.
The information and services provided on the website are for your personal use. You may only view or download materials contained on the website for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy and distribute the materials by any means. The commercial use of any information on the website or the associated services is prohibited.
The information on the website is provided to introduce genealogy services. I am not responsible if the information offered is not complete and up to date. You cannot rely on this data without an initial consultation. You also agree that you are responsible for tracking updates to the information on the website.
If one of the parties does not fulfil their obligations, then the other party has the right to terminate the agreement at any time.
Before payment is made, I reserve the right to refuse to provide my genealogy services for any reason and at any time.
The parties have the right to terminate the agreement for any reason and at any time by mutual consent. For every genealogy project, the refund policy is in place for 10 business days. Refunds are made according to the Refund Policy.
The payment you make for the genealogical services is for the time it takes to conduct the research, analyse results, create a family tree and write a report. Additional expenses can include shipping, postage, DNA testing, pay-per-view websites, graphology services and offline searches in the archives. Additional costs may be discussed in advance.
Before commencing the project, I require an upfront payment. This amount will depend on the services you request and it will be indicated in the service agreement. You can pay for my services through the PayPal payment system.
The remaining amount is paid upon completion of the first stage of the research (the research is divided into two stages). I will not provide the final research report until payment has been made in full.

During the project, we will have one-on-one communication. We may be in contact via email. Genealogical sessions can be performed via Zoom, Skype, Google Meets, Microsoft Teams or other messenger services and platforms. To obtain your free initial consultation, please leave a request in the most convenient way for you: complete the request form on the website, call me directly or contact me via email.
I reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions or my services at any time and at my sole discretion. Changes to the service agreement can only be made with your consent. Continued use of the website and genealogy services after changes have been made indicates that you have accepted the new terms and are obliged to comply with them.
I reserve the right to change the prices for my genealogy services. Price changes are announced in advance and do not apply to those customers who have concluded an agreement and made an upfront payment. However, these terms do not apply to third parties providing services such as DNA testing, family trees for 200 people or more, graphology services or other third-party services.
Please check the Terms and Conditions page and Refund Policy page periodically for any changes.
Before starting the research, you must provide all the known information necessary to conduct the research, as well as any previous research results. After the initial consultation, I will evaluate your project and propose a research strategy and time frame.
I always do my utmost to complete your project within the agreed time. However, I have no control over how long it will take to acquire the necessary records from around the world, so the project may take longer than anticipated.
The process and duration of the research directly depends on third parties. I am not responsible for any delays in the provision of services, delivery or accuracy of the information provided.
In some cases, I may recommend that you utilise third-party tools and services, the quality of which I cannot control.
I do not give any guarantees in relation to the third-party services or the outcome. You are solely responsible for using additional third-party tools and services. You should read the Terms and Conditions of the third-party sites and services before making any purchases.
The parties are not liable to each other for non-fulfilment of obligations due to any force majeure circumstances that arise against the will of the parties and which could not have been foreseen or avoided.
In the case of force majeure circumstances, the agreement may be terminated by the parties by mutual consent.
These Terms and Conditions and service agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

For every genealogy research project, the refund policy is in place for 10 business days (2 weeks). After this period, I will be unable to offer you a full refund.
I will start conducting your research project 10 days after the payment has been made, so you can cancel the service and get a full refund within that time frame. You have the right to cancel any genealogical service without specifying a reason within 10 days of the date of payment.
If 10 days have elapsed and your research has begun, I cannot provide a full refund. However, I can offer a partial refund based on the amount of work I have already conducted. Depending on the remaining research hours, I will make a partial refund.
If the genealogical project has been completed, full or partial refunds are not available.
Before using any third-party services, I strongly recommend that you read their Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy. You rely on third-party services and products at your own risk. If you encounter any problems with such services, you must approach the third party for a resolution.
